AWA is a local guiding company that’s been in Alaska for over 30 years, and in all that time has slowly massaged their internal processes to fit their growing business. So overhauling their reservations system from the ground up was no easy task.
Vedanā took the project all the way back to square one to ensure that the new system would optimize their many internal workflows as best as possible. From managing reservations to handling brochure requests and marketing reports and printing invoices, the system does it all.
Our custom reservation system has changed how we are able to communicate within our company and with our clients. Finally our system can be scaled to how we are growing and not hold us back within packaged system limitations.
